Pramod has held senior leadership roles in the realm of strategy, management and operations at various multinational companies. He currently lends his multi-disciplinary skills and experiences to policy advisory work for a range of industries and sectors.
His domain exposure spans electronics & electrical product manufacturing, utility industry, packaging, instrumentation products & systems and the infrastructure sector including water treatment EPC projects.
Pramod brings a unique value proposition for clients, which includes an innate understanding of the challenges and opportunities global businesses face in both host and foreign markets. His specialties lie in areas like joint venture, mergers & acquisition, business turnaround & cost restructuring, people & leadership management, environment, safety and sustainability, among others.
His professional skills include managing business processes and their structure, establishing organizational vision and aligning it with business strategy and brand development. Pramod has proven track-record of successfully advising start-ups on their growth strategies, and has extensive experience of working and collaborating with different government bodies.
Prior to SmartHead Consulting, Pramod served as President and Managing Director of Degremont (the EPC business of the Suez Group of France), General Manager and Chief Executive of Schlumberger RMS India and Managing Director of Cooper Industries.
An engineer by training, Pramod has travelled around the world and is a keen student of people, culture and societies.
