Sanjiv Nanda has exhaustive industry experience of more than 27 years across a variety of Industries including Real estate, Hospitality, Education & Skilling, Tile, Ceramics & Hardware and e-Commerce.
Sanjiv Nanda is a first generation Entrepreneur who believes in the managing resources optimally for creating values for all the stakeholders and leaving behind a legacy.
His strengths lie in crafting impactful legal structures and developing efficient Business, Finance and Tax management practices. Tax Planning & Strategic Restructuring, Financial & Legal Due Diligence, Merger & Acquisition Advisory, Risk management and Legal & Corporate documentation are also a part of his forte.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Sanjiv Nanda is also a Chartered Accountant. In addition he also holds a degree in law from Delhi University. He is advisor to many large companies and is on the Board of Directors for many financial institutions and corporate houses.
He is also Promoter Director at National Skills Institute and has also been the CMD and heads the Management Team of Oasis Realty Group where he was among the chief architects of many eminent residential & commercial projects.
